The United Relief and Sustainable Development Corporation (FUAD) in partnership with the International Organization for Oxfam (OXFAM) is conducting within the BMZ-2019 project a training course on (building the capacities of local authorities in human resources management, strategic planning and follow-up) and empowering most of the state departments in Kirkuk, including the Directorate of Water Kirkuk, Kirkuk Health Directorate, Kirkuk Agriculture Directorate, Kirkuk Municipality Directorate, Kirkuk Provincial List and a number of school directors in Kirkuk.
